Lifestyle photographer—analog workings with the Reto camera
Portrait photography—RETO camera behind the scenes

RETO/Agfa Vista 200
Working as a professional lifestyle photographer you meet a lot of people on your journey. Photography is a collaborative process and the best work and creative magic only can happen when everyone brings their A game. In a time when budgets are constantly being cut and clients have less to spend, the A game gets harder and harder to deliver. When you do gather a great team of like-minded people then photography becomes a lot of fun and not just work.
Having good banter and great energy on set is something really important. I believe it delivers the best results. The RETO camera is such a fun camera to capture behind the scenes. It’s silly and playful and sometimes you catch a gem of a shot. The sequence above is taken from the crossover of two frames on the role. I really like the random nature of this camera and the raw energy it brings.
